Shipping

We offer Australia-wide shipping on all orders. Each candle is carefully wrapped and packaged in a sturdy box to ensure it arrives safely at your door.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. During busy periods or for custom orders, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details via email.

Returns & Exchanges

At Fireside Candle Collective, each piece is carefully made and checked before it reaches you. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish—especially with our concrete vessels—are part of their character and not considered faults.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully when placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once assessed, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Exchange for a similar product
  • Store credit

Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns Process

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Do not dispose of the item until we have reviewed your claim
  • Return shipping (if required) will be discussed during the claims process
