By placing an order with Fireside Candle Collective, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Products
All products are handcrafted and may vary slightly in colour, texture, and finish. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. Product images are representative and may differ slightly from the item you receive.
Orders & Payment
All orders are processed through our secure Square checkout. Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
Shipping
We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. While we take every care in packaging, Fireside Candle Collective is not responsible for damage caused during transit. Please contact us if your order arrives damaged and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Once assessed, we may offer a replacement, exchange for a similar product, or store credit. Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law. Custom Orders
Custom orders require a minimum of 2 months lead time. A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.
Candle Safety
Please follow all candle care and safety instructions provided with your purchase and on our Candle Care page. Fireside Candle Collective is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of our products.
